We stayed at this wonderful condo from Dec 29th, 2013 – Jan 24th, 2013. We LOVED everything about this condo! Great location overlooking the beach….we awoke to the sounds of waves and the beauty of a sunrise everyday. This condo has everything you can imagine, the only thing you will need to buy is your food and refreshments. Beach chairs, snorkelling gear, beach cooler bags, air mattresses, fishing rods…the list goes on and on. We had company for dinner one night and they were staying at an all inclusive in Cabo. They were so impressed with the condo and the location that they are seriously considering booking the studio for a week next January. We plan on returning every year and we are so grateful to have found Bette and Mark’s condo. It was very hard to leave! Muchos Gracias Bette and Mark!

Great value and convenient location
We rented the one-bedroom unit during Feb ’13. I would consider going back again. The La Jolla condo area is laid back. The condo felt a little more traditional (colorful and fun) than other more modern condos but had everything you needed to have a nice stay. It felt like a friends house instead of a sterile hotel.
We really liked the balcony and double sliding doors. We kept the doors open whenever we were home to enjoy the nice breeze and SOUNDS OF THE OCEAN. Sleeping with the ocean sounds was the best, and you could WATCH THE SUNRISE LYING IN BED as you wake up in the morning. Really cool.
Bette was really nice to work with while booking the condo and was accommodated a special request nicely.
The LOCATION is good. Very short walk to the beach. Easy taxi/bus access, and spa services next door at BelAir, a few small restaurants very close and the “Mega” is about a 10 minute walk on the beach if you need a few groceries.
Check out the whale watching tours our of the San Jose Marina (they picked us up at the condo) or hope you see some while fishing out of the Palmilla beach.
If you are new to Cabo and are looking for somewhere chill and reasonably priced, this is it. We had a great time.
