Condo Amenities include:  King size bed. Filtered water (Reverse osmosis) at kitchen sink and the refrigerator. Air Conditioning. Well stocked kitchen. Third floor privacy, in three-story building, no elevator. Old style Mexican tile and decor. Smart TV.  Fast Fiber Optics WiFi.  Cell service is good in the area.  The proximity to the beach, the pools, and the ocean view are probably the condo's best amenities..

Studio Condo that can be accessed from this condo:  If you would like to rent the studio next door, we have double door that can be unlocked making them adjoining condos.  If interested, we'll get you directly in touch with the owners of that condo, which also has a relatively similar view.  They will be happy to quote their pricing and availability.  

Other Condo Information:  The swimming pool that our condo looks over, between the condo and the beach, belongs to Krystal Hotel next door. They have finally completed their building construction which had been noisy for a number of years. They built a large pool at the other end of their property and now call this their adult pool.  As a result, the noise level has improved, but it can be noisy at times depending upon the people there at any given time.
